Millions of people around the world are aware of the floods that has happen in our wonderful country. Qld, my home state, is just starting the very long process of cleaning up and repairing homes on businesses, and there are still so many people who are able to return home, and many never will.

Christmas Cards 2010

Though Christmas has clearly been and gone, I wanted to share a few photos of my Christmas cards that I made for 2010. As I don't really have many people in my life, but the people who I do have, (and received a pressie from me) don't usually get a card as I also like to make my own gift cards, which are usually a decent size anyway.

For the first time yesterday, I made gingerbread cookies. They are so yummy.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Welcome 2011

I am so glad that it's the new year already. Last year, for me was one of  THE worst years I think I've ever had. Leaving out the details, I am so glad that things can start fresh, that's the way I see it for 2011.
